Harvest Festival at St. James’s Church, 27th September

From Jean Atkin:

Our Harvest Festival service will be this coming Sunday, 27th September at 11 o’clock (please note the later start time). Our flower team will be decorating the church for this celebration. Please bring gifts for Alabaré, the local charity working with vulnerable and marginalised people including the homeless, those with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Groceries such as cereals and tinned goods are very acceptable, as well as toiletries. The collection will also go to this cause.

The service will be followed by a “Bring and Share” lunch in the village hall at about 12 noon. Do join us for lunch if you are unable to get to the service.
