Afternoon Teas at South Wraxall Lodge raises over £1000

From Georgina Parker:

The sun shone and everyone enjoyed a glorious afternoon last Sunday whilst admiring the wonderful gardens, drinking tea (and Pimms!) and eating a lot of cake!

Thank you to everyone who helped and supported us. Special thanks of course to Bill and Vanessa Parker for opening their amazing gardens to the village.

Just over £1000 was raised with £750 going towards the upkeep of St James’s Church and £250 towards the upkeep of the Village Hall.

The next opportunity to drink tea and eat cake is on Thursday 23rd June from 2pm in St James’s Church. Everyone is welcome and we especially welcome those on their way to vote next door in the village hall!
