Afternoon Teas in St James’s Church This Thursday 29th June

From George Parker:

Well, the fete is barely over and already it is time for St James’s church to open its doors again to welcome villagers and visitors to enjoy delicious afternoon teas in the peace and tranquillity of the Longs Chapel.

We look forward to welcoming you all to enjoy sandwiches and other savouries, plus a varied selection of delicious cakes, with tea, coffee and soft drinks on Thursday 29th June from 2pm until around 5.30pm.

So please, do join us. Bring your family and friends, your children and teenagers (even bring along your dogs). Come and relax after the stresses of your day or the angst of your exams: have a lovely time whilst supporting the upkeep of St James’s.

If you have time to volunteer to help or bake us a cake please ring George Parker on 07778 679202.
