Improvers Pilates Course
Thursdays June 14th- July 19th at 7.30pm
6 weeks for £48
Pilates is excellent for posture, injury prevention and rehab, back care, post pregnancy, stretching and strengthening.
Please bring a yoga/pilates mat to the classes, or a long thick towel.
Wear comfortable layers you can move in, socks for the feet, and bring some water to drink.
I trained as a Pilates teacher with Alan Herdman, (the man who introduced Pilates to the UK) and I have been teaching for 18 years.
